More Details About The Reunion

Included in the post are pictures to help you with navigating to Gary and Brenda's property:

1. Gary's property will be available from noon on Saturday, May 23rd until noon Monday, May 25th. If your plans fall outside of these dates, please contact Gary to make special arrangements.

2. Reunion Dinner - this will be held at 1pm on Sunday, May 24th. Food will be provided to those who have indicated they are planning to attend. Please provide a count of your family members who will be attending.

3. Drinks - please provide your own drinks.

4. Other Meals - You will be responsible for the food, preparation and cleanup of any other meals your family will be eating over the weekend. Gary has an outdoor gas grill that can be used but remember, other families may be using it also. The nearest restaurants are in Hallettsville - 15 miles from Gary's property.

5. Camping on the property - please notify me if you plan to camp out on the property.

6. Outdoor Electricity - Gary's property has multiple outdoor electric outlets and a lot of outdoor lighting; however, it would be best to bring at least one flashlight.

7. Staying overnight in Gary's house - we have several inflatable beds that can be setup dormitory style in the living room for those who may choose to stay overnight instead of driving home after dark.

8. There is a swing set (2 swings) and tree house for the young kids. There is a small wading pool available if weather permits. Gary also has 2 four wheelers - these are fun for viewing the property, ride at your own risk. You are invited to bring other equipment for entertainment, if possible let me know what you are bringing so we don't duplicate.

9. Remember, this is the first time we have tried this, so be prepared for the unexpected! Not to scare anyone off, but we have seen snakes and scorpions there.
